Guilt Free Sweet Potato Fries

Healthy, GUILT FREE way to enjoy sweet potato fries!

1. Wash a large sweet potato.
2. Thinly slice the potato into little circles.

3. Throw into a ziplock bag. Add a little olive oil. Just enough to coat the slices. Add salt and pepper and shake it up!

4. Spread slices out onto a cooking sheet.

5. Bake at 325 for about 30 minutes. (Maybe longer if you want them crispy!)
