Update!

Related to my previous blog post – I have an update! We have hit our goal! gofundme (gofundme.com) Customer Support said that this was one of the most successful campaigns in terms of time and number of large donors in the Midwest! THANK YOU!

For those of you who would like to see the story that Fox42 KPTM did on my dad – click here

I can’t even begin to express how much everyone’s kindness has meant to my family and I. We were able to raise enough funds to replace all that was taken. While my Dad is still shaken from the whole experience, the financial stress and anxiety has left him. He is humbled, he is grateful, and truly overwhelmed with the amount of support. Whether you were able to contribute monetarily or not – the prayers alone mean the world. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for thinking of my family. There were numerous anonymous donors, friends/family, and even local businesses that decided they wanted to help my Dad out.

For those that donated – there are so many other things that you could be spending your money on during the holidays, so we really want to express how much it means that you were willing to donate to this cause. And for those that have kept him in your thoughts and prayers – thank you. The prayers were heard. We’re so grateful. I will be sure to post an update with pictures of my dad and his new tools and safe car that he will have so that he can continue working.

God bless each and every one of you. Thank you.

If you would still like to donate – we are leaving this campaign open a little longer at the request of some others. Donate Here.
